The Wines
2025 Sauvignon Blanc - Napa Valley
This Sauvignon Blanc comes from a vineyard sitting dead center of Napa Valley, right along the Napa River. The site is defined by silty clay soils deposited by winter rains, giving the wine both texture and lift.
Mature vines here are prone to botrytis thanks to the river’s proximity, which pushes the fruit in a more tropical direction—even when picked early, like we do.
I’ll be honest: most Sauvignon Blanc isn’t really my thing. Too often it leans bitter with loud, over-the-top aromatics. But this one is different. We work the fruit into something more restrained, more balanced—a civilized expression that I’ve grown genuinely fond of over the years.
Tropical, fresh, vibey—California Sancerre to the max.
2025 Sparkling - Pét-Nat
This is the wine that almost kills me every year.
What started as a project I thought would bankrupt me—after refermentation issues forced us to pull inventory from distribution—turned into a happy accident. Now, it might be the best wine I’ve ever made… even if it wasn’t the plan.
I’ve nearly lost a trailer hauling fruit. I’ve thrown my back out disgorging bottles. And somehow, I keep coming back. Call it Stockholm syndrome, but this has become my favorite vineyard and my favorite wine.
We halt fermentation with temperature control, bottle it still, and let it referment naturally in bottle. The result:
An ancestral vin sauvage. Wild, untamed, and absolutely electric.

2024 Mencía - Lodi
This wine is an underdog—and that’s exactly why I love it.
Mencía is savory, metabolizes acid early, and is always the first thing we pick each season. At one point, people thought it would be the next big thing in California. I’m glad it didn’t happen. Its rarity is part of what makes it special.
Sourced from our longtime partnership with John Gash in Lodi, this vineyard feels like a second home. Full carbonic fermentation brings out everything the site has to offer—gravelly loam, heat, and energy.
A red-fruited, umami-driven wine that plays well with food and temperature.
Chill it. Porrón it. Don’t overthink it—just party.
2023 Cabernet Sauvignon - Sonoma
This vineyard has taught me a lot over the past five years—mainly patience, and a bit of humility.
To me, this is what California Cabernet used to taste like before things got… loud. Before everything turned into overripe, overworked, over-alcoholized versions of what they could have been.
No shade—just perspective.
This wine is a throwback. A reminder of a time before trends and excess.
Classy, lean, and built to age—without the weight.
2023 Merlot - Sonoma
On the western edge of the world’s largest geothermal field sits Geyser Vista Vineyard—an overlooked, nearly forgotten site with serious character.
The current owner preserved just two acres of vines from an old homestead, and we’re lucky enough to work with them.
The result is a wine that’s:
Tense, lean, and perfumed in a way that sticks with you.
A little feral, a little tight, but full of potential. Proof that even a scraggly old Alexander Valley Merlot vineyard can shine when handled right.
2023 Cabernet Franc - Napa Valley
Alright—I’ll admit it. This wine is a little slutty. But in a classy way.
From a high-elevation site off Sage Canyon Road on Pritchard Hill, this vineyard demands hang time to show its true colors. When it does, it delivers something unmistakable.
