2023 Seeing Stars Riesling

Our Riesling is from the Northern Sonoma County AVA, Dry Creek Valley, but far from typical for the area. Eastern facing slope above the fog line, overlooking Lake Sonoma. Tucked away in the mountains, this site contains a small pocket of blue slate and is kept cool by the Pacific ocean. A cool and lengthy fermentation is fey in order to preserve the aromatic profile of this wine. Expect an electric vivacity and effervescence with this Riesling, which makes it a food wine that can be enjoyed with any course you'd like. Inspired by the classic Rieslings of the Old World, but completely it's own thing of beauty.
