Our Counoise comes from the Claypool family’s organic vineyard in Lodi.
Juicy and approachable, with aromas of ripe strawberries, watermelon Kool-Aid, and toasty overtones. Crafted using carbonic maceration and aged in neutral Burgundy French oak barrels. Serve slightly chilled for a perfect poolside sipper or at cellar temp to pair with a meal.
