2024 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Our Sauvignon Blanc comes from a beautiful vineyard site in the Saint Helena AVA of Napa Valley. A combination of deep alluvial clay soils and deficit irrigation force the vines to stress just enough to bring out the true varietal characteristics of this grape. Whole cluster pressed, cold settled, then fermented in stainless steel. After finishing fermentation the wine was transferred to neutral Loire Valley oak barrels for 6 months.

This wine is sunshine in a glass. Tropical fruit vibes of guava and passionfruit lead into yellow peach and Valencia orange, all brightened by a zesty acidity.
