2024 Seeing Stars Sparkling Riesling

Our Sparkling Riesling comes from Dry Creek Valley AVA in the northern part of Sonoma County, but is far from typical for the area. The vineyard lies on an east-facing slope above the fog line, overlooking Lake Sonoma. Tucked away in the mountains, this site boasts a rare pocket of blue slate and is kept cool by the Pacific ocean.

Overtones of brioche toast are followed by stone fruit, pineapple, and petrol. Expect an electric vivacity and effervescence. A versatile food wine, it pairs beautifully with everything from pear and goat cheese salad to a hearty cowboy ribeye, to desserts like bread pudding or crème brûlée.

Inspired by the classic Rieslings of the Old World, but completely its own thing of beauty.
