2025 Albariño

Grown organically in the rolling hills of Lodi’s Clements Hills AVA, this Albariño captures sunshine and coastal energy in equal measure. Whole-cluster pressed and naturally fermented with indigenous yeast, then aged six months on fine lees in stainless steel to preserve freshness and texture. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur.

Bright aromatics of citrus blossom, white peach, Meyer lemon, and chamomile lead into a crisp, mineral-driven palate layered with ripe orchard fruit and a salty, sea-breeze finish. Zippy, refreshing, and built for seafood. Where my oysters at?
