2025 Orange Albariño

Planted along Zinfandel Lane in the heart of St. Helena, this Albariño comes from a low-yielding site more commonly reserved for Cabernet. Hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast using a mix of foot-trodden and whole clusters, the wine underwent a gentle semi-carbonic fermentation before finishing in stainless steel and neutral Burgundy barrels. Aged ten months on lees, then bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur.

Lifted aromatics of honeysuckle, preserved citrus, and white peach open into a textured palate layered with orchard fruit, soft skin-contact tannin, and a subtle saline edge. Bright yet plush, with a softly honeyed finish and enough savory character to keep you coming back for another glass. Built for seafood paella, grilled shellfish, and cheese boards that turn into dinner.
