100% Carignan, fermented with 100% whole clusters to preserve freshness, lift, and a little wild character. A lighter-bodied take on the variety, built around juicy fruit, bright energy, and easy drinkability.

TASTING NOTES

Lean, mean, and ready to go. Juicy red fruit, plenty of freshness, and just enough edge to keep things interesting. This is a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, smoky BBQ, or passing the bottle around with good company.
