2025 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Our Sauvignon Blanc comes from a vineyard site in the St. Helena AVA of Napa Valley, shaped by deep alluvial clay soils along the Napa River. The fruit was whole cluster pressed, cold settled, and fermented in stainless steel, then aged for 6 months in neutral Loire Valley oak barrels.

The wine shows notes of guava, passionfruit, yellow peach, and Valencia orange, supported by bright acidity and a clean finish.
